Oh the joy of a Monday morning...

A new day... A new morning...An opportunity for new choices, new decisions, and new experiences. Like always, I feel sleep deprived and as if the weekend is just a blur of the week. The days collide together and form a network of one very long day. But this is my life. I am in my second semester of nursing school and have completed Chronic, Psych, and OB/Women's health rotations throughout many facilities in the surrounding area--and I have enjoyed every second of it. Everyday brings a new smile to my face, and I look forward to the day when I have those extra two letters attached to my name: RN. I never thought I would ask for more letters added to my name, with the last name that I have these days. :) As for now, I have class to attend and homework calling my name. Back to reality. For everyone following this blog for Africa, I will be sure to post updates as they come along. My plan is to get a picture of the entire group of us up on here and to send out prayer cards with a picture of the entire team on them. More to come soon...
